Send me a postcard, drop me a line
Stating your point of view
Indicate precisely what you mean to say
Yours sincerely,
Wasting away
Give me your answer, fill in a form
Mine for evermore
Will you still need me, will you still feed me

Deep down in side isn't it something we all ponder?  Will you still
love me, will you still need me, when I'm 64?  And now the question
has to be asked. The little pod cast that could - did, and here we
are...  Thanks to everyone who's been part of the journey so far.

Episode 64 of IndieCan Radio includes a trip around the world with
Neill Dixon, president of Canadian Music Week who tells us about two
dozen music festivals and conferences he travels to each year as
ambassador of Canadian music.  By the way, to you procrastinators:
The CMW 2008 deadline is November 30 and time is ticking away.  If you
are a band or artist, application for a festival performance has to be
made by the end of the week.  If you love a band or artist,
nominations for The Indie's Awards have to be in by the 30th, so
please don't delay.

Music to celebrate our 64th mile-stone includes bands and artists from
Calgary, Winnipeg, Southern Ontario, Quebec City and Halifax.  We
introduce some new pick-ups from COCA, Halifax POP Explosion and the
five-day Grey Cup party.

Look for extended coverage on our EVENTS and REVIEWS pages on the
music of Grey Cup week, Canadian Music Showcase, Border City Rocks in
Windsor and more.  We are and always will be the eyes and voice of
Canadian indie artists and fans.  Our team is growing so don't be
surprised to see new names of contributors and members of Team IndieCan.

IF YOU STILL LOVE ME...
You are a valued member of the team as well.  Being our 64th
show-aversary, we are asking you to tell a friend this week.  Over
30,000 listened to Episode 63.  We would like 64,000 to listen to
Episode 64 and 100,000 to hear # 65.  So this week we ask you to get
the word out.  Ask your friends to tell their friends to join us.  Our
goal is to give these great do-it-yourself recording artists the scope
of audience they deserve.   This really is community radio - of the
people for the people.  Our listener drive is different.  We are
asking you to donate 10 minutes to send an Email, tell your face book
or myspace friends or those you know in your community, that you
support IndieCan Radio and why.  I hope you can help and I look
forward to what we can achieve in two weeks.  Here's our coordinates:
