EPISODE 51 Takes you To Warped Tour + IndieCan is giving stuff away...

   Hello music fans,

   A quick reminder if you’re in Toronto this weekend, IndieCan will  
be at The MQ MusicFest at the Phoenix which is a 12 hour, 10 bands  
that Rock pretty hard, Sunday, August 19th.  Please see our web site  
for more details.  We’re in a giving stuff away kind of mood, so come  
visit us there if you can make it.

   EPISODE 51 was great fun to bring your way.  We travelled to Warped  
Tour 2007 in Barrie and how productive that was.  We met with  
officials from The Institute of Independent Music  
(www.ifimusic.org[1]) and we also caught up with The Salads,  
Staylefish and some other great acts, basking in the sun and dust of  
Barrie’s Molson Park.

   We have some more of the OTTAWA INDIE SCENE sessions at Whitebird  
Sound  with Amanda Rhaeume, Krista D. and Natasha Peach.  We hear from  
Little Sunday, Scarlet Sins (who are on the MQ MusisFest bill Sunday),  
Lara Yule Singh, Reveleven and Johnie 3.  The later two are bands that  
Mrs. Jones, ½ of the BLOND SHELLS introduced me to.  It’s all in the  
show.  You know, some times the education and entertainment value of  
these shows is so nice, I listen twice.
